i have windows vista on my pc and it gave my trouble when i was trying to talk in rappelz by pressing a button and talking.
It took me long to figur out what was wrong so let me just give you the awnser right away

run teamspeak as an atministator and if you can talk then also run rappelz as an administrator
and enjoy the game.
